Up to 75 % of the overall work piece error can be caused by thermo-elastic behavior machine tool. Therefore, correction methods based on machine-integrated sensors were intensively researched during last years, in order determine Tool Center Point (TCP) parallel process. One these includes integral deformation sensor (IDS), which detects along length a structural component machine. The TCP is modelled measured deformations, mechanical model parts and kinematic Currently, setup for specific machines usually defined an expert with help his or her domain knowledge.
